I thought about what would link into my project but make it different. By adding colour into the landscape I thought that if i chose an alternative of using two images that are the same and making one black and white and then layering them and letting the coloured one come through the black and white image. I will use images that I have already got from previous shoots.
My edits & Hanging plan.
I haven't placed these in any particular order because I didn't think they would need it seeing as they are all images from different shoots. These images are similar to Carlo Van De Roer who adds a coloured circle to his images.
Development idea.
After creating my edits I decided that I wanted to take a different approach to creating these. I wanted it to still be creative as most of my work has been about creating the colour. To develop this I decided to use the dark room to create the black and white images.
Dark room photos.
Dark room set up.
This is the set up I had used in the dark room. I had used an aperture of 8 and the time varied from 4-7 seconds.
Development edits & Hanging plan.
I didn't want to put them in any particular order because I like them all the same and have the same effect to each other when you look at them.
Extra developments & Hanging plan.
As a development, in photoshop I had decided to add a drop shadow on the circles to give them a raised effect. I placed the circle with the sky images together and the ones with trees together as I think them compliment one another.
Conclusion.
Overall, I think that this idea fits the project but in a different way to what I've already done, however I do think that it fits because it related to Carlo Van De Roer. This was a good extra idea that I had chosen to do that works well with my project.
